Please include your name and phone number with your email. We will answer your questions as soon as possible. How long will my order take? TOP
For stationery items, each designer/manufacturer has their own process time. If you ordered a proof with your order, you will receive an email in 48-72 hours. After a proof has been approved, most orders take 2-3 days to process. Listed below is an idea of processing times and shipping information. Remember, if you live on the west coast and the manufacturer is on the east coast, you should add approximately 5 shipping days to your order.

All gift manufactures have their own process times. These will be listed with the product. Most gift items will get to you in 2-3 weeks. Hand painted items may take longer. If an item is on back-order or is going to take longer than expected, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.
During peak selling periods, arrival times will vary and may take longer that anticipated. Be sure to order early to insure that you get your gift on time! Do you offer a Rush Service? TOP
It depends on the item. Please let us know if you need to rush an item and we will do our best to get it taken care of for you. Rush fees usually will apply. We will send an email if you will be required to pay for the expedited service. How do I check on the status of my order? TOP
We are happy to check on orders for you. If you can not get the information from our Order Tracking link, then send us an email with your name and order number you are checking on, and will track it for you! What is your return policy? TOP
Due to the personalized nature of the products sold on this website, we are unable to accept returns unless an error has been made on our part or if the merchandise is damaged or defective. If you are not satisfied for some reason, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to try to make things right! What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. When will my credit card be charged? TOP
You card will be charged during the checkout process. If you incur any Rush Fees, we will notify you before your credit card is charged, What are your shipping charges? TOP
Most items are shipped directly from the manufacturer via UPS Ground or USPS. If your purchase contains items ordered from different manufacturers, you items will arrive separately. If you have any questions regarding deliveries, please contact us immediately at orders@allboutgiftz.com
Rates are as follows:
$0 - $49.99 = $7.95
$50 - $99.99 = $9.95
$100 - $149.99 = $12.95
$150 - $199.99 = $14.95
$200 - $249.99 = $16.95
$250+ = $18.95
Normal delivery time is 1-3 weeks. Please see item description for an approximate delivery time. Processing times vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and at high volume months during the year, so a delivery date cannot be normally be guaranteed. Can I cancel or change my order? TOP
If you decide to cancel or change your order after it is processed you may incur an additional fee which will vary by vendor. We will contact you with all cancel/change information and fees as soon as possible. What if I prefer to order via fax? TOP
If you are not comfortable placing your order through our website, please fax us your order to 770-971-0896. We will be happy to take your order this way! Please make sure that all of your contact information, including a phone number, is listed on all faxes in case we have a question. What is your privacy policy? TOP
